More about Angel a 1956 Chevrolet 210 Sports Sedan

The Chevrolet brand has been around for over a century, and with that comes a long-standing impact from an automotive brand on the American culture. The Chevrolet 210 or Two-Ten from Chevrolet that was marketed from 1953 until 1957. It took its name by shortening the production series number 2100 by one digit in order to capitalize on the 1950s trend toward numerical auto names. The 210 was discontinued after the 1957 model year. Rare as there were only 20,020 were built between 1953 and 1957. Angel was the last 56 built in September 1956. They were anxious to get the 57’s moving so they actually ran out of 56 parts car has some 57 parts on it!  Purchased by Ray Addington in 1977 sadly Angel was put in a barn on the family farm for storage in 1982 and the car would remain there basically untouched for the next 23

Working out of his backyard garage, Ray started the frame-off restoration of the 210 in February of 2005. Angel was finally completed on June 7th, 2007. Angel has been awarded 992 points (possibly 1000) at a National Tri-five Show. Estimated 100+ trophies/plaques awarded.
